1. App Usage
Pokerdom is designed for entertainment. By using the app, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the app, use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission, or interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems.
2. Intellectual Property
All assets — including visuals, audio, logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by POKERDOM LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the app.
3. Privacy and Data
Pokerdom does not require an account or collect personal information. Preferences and progress may be stored locally on your device to provide core functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Entertainment Only
The app uses in-app chips only. There is no real-money gambling. The app is for skill-based entertainment and is not a gambling product under any applicable law.
5. No Guarantees
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation or continuous availability. Your use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POKERDOM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
7. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
