Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and POKERDOM LTD for the Pokerdom software. By installing or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
Licence Grant
POKERDOM LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Licence Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; remove or obscure any proprietary notices; use the software for any commercial purpose without authorisation; or use the software in any unlawful manner.
Intellectual Property
The software is licensed, not sold. POKERDOM LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.
No Real-Money Gambling
The app is a skill-based entertainment product. All chips are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. There is no real-money gambling, no purchase of chips, and no cash-out mechanism.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POKERDOM LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POKERDOM LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term hereof.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
